PLOT
Set in 1964 the film "doubt" is the type of movie that leaves you wanting more. It starts as the the Pastor "Father Flynn" is talking in his sermon about the different levels of Doubt. The next day Sister Aloysius who is a conseravtive principal at the vatholic school questions why Father Flynn had that sermon. She discussed with all the Sisters that they should keep their eyes out for any strange behavior that's happening at the Church/ School. The plot twists when one day during class Father Flynn called Donald Miller, the only black student at the school and also an Altar Boy. When he comes back in class Sister James noticed she smelled alcohol on Donald's Miller Breath. The rest of the movie leaves you doubting everything that happens.
Cast
Sister Aloysius- Played by Meryl Streep, Sister is the Main character in this movie. She is the principal of the school. She plays a crucial role in this movie because she is the main turn in this movie, she is all about doing the right thing even if she has to go to lengths she hasn't gone before.
Father Flynn- Played by Phillip Hoffman, the priest is at first comes off as the innocent one in the movie simply cause he is the pastor. Little do you know that Doubt has a big part of father Flynn's part in this movie. Father Flynn has doubts of his own, and with Sister on his case he doesn't need anymore.
Sister James- Played by Amy Adams, even though it doesn't seem like it, Sister James is the most important role in this movie. Sister James is a young teacher that is trying to do best for the school. Sister James accusations could cause her life as she knows it. But the Doubt she has is to strong.

My Rating
The movie Doubt is one of those movies that you are so happy you watched because you are always going to watch it during a certain time of the year. I believe that Doubt is one of the best movies i have every watched. My opinion is strong about this movie because never before un a movie have i left wanting more to happy. The way the leave you guessing is a bittersweet feeling i have to say. I would rate this movie a 9.5 out of 10.
